The staff was quick to help us and the food was excellent.

There was 1 server and 10 customers. 5 of those being us. G not the wildfire chicken salad as usual. It was awful. Server didn't want or to be bothered. They usually ask you what kind of bread you want. Not this time. She just brought us banana bread, which wasn't good. Which is one of the reasons we never order it. Don't prefer it because their food doesn't taste good to me any more, but, my parents like to go their. They weren't happy with this visit either. My kids love the pancakes...

Have to give at least 1 star otherwise I would leave zero. I ordered French toast which came with sausage, they brought the sausage out and said they had to make the French toast because there was a mix u . It had already been a long time waiting for food and we had an appointment to get to so I told them to just take the french toast off as we were in a hurry. We go to pay and the guy comes over to take the french toast off our ticket, it only brings the bill down $2 the french toast was 7.29 but since it came with sausage which I wouldn't have ordered except it came with the french toas . They took off 3$ for the French toast and charged me 4$ for sausage for their mistake!! AMD of course did not tell me that I would have to be charged for the sausage, I would have at least taken the french toast to go and just paid the 3$ This all on top of very slow service. Do not go to this Bob Evans

Quick service, good food, great tea. Bathroom could've used a bit of service. My grandkids loved their meal and ate all of it. We eat here fairly often.

Build-your-own omelet. Sausage jalapenos onions and mushrooms. Great way to start a Sunday morning

Very dissatisfied. This was the first time I was not satisfied with our meals. Son's meatloaf was hard as a rock. Waitress was really nice. I know we got there close to closing. She had another meatloaf fixed, it was a little better, but not much. My value meal of pot roast was not too bad. Carrots and potatoes were lukewarm. Mgr. Did knock off a couple of dollars. Son said he would never go back.

Always love our visits to Bob Evans. The staff is friendly and helpful. We love the food most of all.

The food is good comfort food, but the dining area needs to be kept cleaner.The carpet seems to be unclean, and the tables and seats often are not bussed free of crumbs from the previous customers.There is often a wait, even though they have open tables.

Food was good but I he table and floor were filthy.

The service was good but my mother in law and myself had to send our food back because it wasn't hot. I had the roast turkey dinner, the turkey was very tough. I probably wouldn't go back for a while.

The greeter was very friendly, Devan. That's about all the good to this place. Scrambled eggs were runny, bacon was way overcooked, biscuits were hard as hockey pucks. General manager on duty could have cared less. Went to pay and bill was 34.61 paid with a 100 and tried to short change by $5. Service could have been better. Bob Evan's overall has went downhill over the years and food is not what it used to be at any that we have visited. Really wish I could give a better review but cant

Was just what I expected from a good breakfast restaurant. Especially the coffee.It was extremely good.

Bacon is always exactly the way I ask for it to be cooked. Five stars for that alone. Customer service is good too.

Best place I've ever worked

Hostess seemed upset that we requested a booth, server forgot about us, had to tell our server that our food had been sitting in the window for almost 10 minutes while she talked with a table full of her friends. Food wasn't bad except for the eggs that had obviously been under the lamps for too long and tasted like a pencil eraser.

I've only been to Bob Evans a handful of times in my life so I don't have a lot of experience there but today was definitely a pleasant one. Our server was very friendly and I love when they treat you like a friend and not just a customer. To me, that is the best customer service. I want to go back to this location again. Bob Evans has a lot of variety of food and the prices are really not bad. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Whatever you're in the mood for. They're not the most popular restaurant around but they are certainly as good as any other, if not better.

Love Bob Evans the food is always excellent. Always feels like a genuine home cooked meal.There's cinnamon rolls and breads are out of this world.

Our family went here after church the pot roast was amazing. And the service was great with all of us.

Attention to detail is the one thing lacking here. But other than that the food was pretty good!

We 3 did Thanksgiving there an it was great an our waitress was great.It was a great experience there u should go.

Food was cold, server wasn't exactly great.... However I will say the food here is always tasty, and always at a very reasonable price! Pretty sure this was just one bad experience and not how things usually are????
